In a time when “extremists” dominate public discourse, this gathering looks for consensus and empowerment so that principled people in the “middle,” who more often are the brunt of these societal conflicts rather than its mediators, find voice. RAINBOWS is a program designed to help families in transition who are experiencing any kind of loss related to death, separation, or divorce. Trained facilitators work with the different age groups of children as they deal with some of their feelings and emotions during this time in their lives. Our Lady of the Valley Church in Wayne, in conjunction with Our Lady of Consolation Church and Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, both in Wayne, will be offering this program.
